Vintage Leather Toddler Reins Harness leash pram Rabbit fishing motif

So to me that says mommy dearest written all over it. This is vintage 50s or 60s. From what I can find out they are called child reins. Perhaps in England where more prams were used they were used to keep the child in a pram. There again I’m not sure.
It is in great condition for its age. And seems to be all there.
