Hi ,This is a NEW kit for 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 Ram 1500 (DS Body Style only) and 2016 2017 2018 Ram 2500 3500 4500 and 5500 trucks. This is a direct install kit. After installing this kit you will have a Trailer Brake controller just like a truck with it installed off the assembly line. All trucks in these years come completely prewired.  This control module is the direct replacements for factory quality. We have established strict quality control standards.Every product has been tested and improved before leaving the factory.
