    Description

The crimper will crimp all 3 sizes and includes blue utp stripper
    NEW Rj10, Rj11& Rj45 crimper &
    free connectors
will crimp rj45 8 pin plugs for network patch cords
    also
will crimp rj11 phone 4 or 6 pin phone plugs
also will crimp rj10 hand set cords
25 regular cat 6 (also will work on cat 5) rj45 plugs  8p8c
    and
    25 regular cat 3 rj11 6p6c regular phone plug
    and
    25 rj10 hand set plugs
(this crimper will also crimp 6p4c)
you can crimp a 6p6c connector, but if you use a 4c cable and you are not centered, line #1 and line #2 will not work
4c flat gray phone cord is most commnon used with red/green (line #1) & yellow/black (line #2) wire
Also built into tool is stripper for flat "4c" satin "gray" phone cords (this is the best way to open flat cable)
Don't be afraid to buy a good quality tool at a great price
Please note: all cable terminates the same no difference between cable cat 5,5e,6,6e,6a/10g
(The above layout is most common and is the "b" style termination)
I try to put this info to make things easy to understand.  If you terminate both ends of a cable with a rj45's with the same color code it will always work
    .
the only time you have to pay attension is if you are placing a rj45 on one end and terminating the other end on a jack or a patch panel.
say you ran a drop from your server room to a access point and wanted to place a rj45 and plug straight into the a/p
You need to check if the patch panel/jack  is terminated  "a" style or "b" style (
the only difference is white/orange - orange  & white/green green swap positions
    )
If you are "b" style (most common)  pins 1&2 are white/orange - orange
if you are "a" style pins 1&2 are white/green - green
Most all of the newer equipment made these days, are auto sencing and even if its terminated backwards the equipment will compensate for the mistake
this is great, but if you need printed Fluke dtx-1800 test results on a network you will fail wire map everytime if you are not terminated right
This is really a thing of the past, and don't let people confuse you
cross over cables are simply "a" style one one end and "b" style on the other end
only old switching/hub equipment needed this so the transmit and receive pairs would line up correct between equipment
so only if you have a really-really old hub/switch still hanging on you network, you may need to do this
but only the cable that feeds / uplinks the old switch
