Was originally purchased/used by the Minnesota Dept of Transportation for cleaning government vehicles.
Testing:
Tested by professional carpet cleaning friend of mine and he said it works as intended/very good.  Buttons, hinges and hardware all seem to be in good working/cosmetic condition also.

Appears to be a prototype of a Karcher "Puzzi" model as they both look very similar and Windsor is part of the Karcher Group.
